A new office tower and shop houses, the Dipo Business Center, is proposed to be built in Slipi, Jakarta. The office tower will be operated as strata title offices and the shop houses will be sold directly. The mechanical & electrical systems will be designed based on that marketing plan accordingly. The location will be in Jl. Jenderal Gatot Subroto, Slipi, Jakarta Pusat, Indonesia.
